The incomparable delicacy
Whether in your hiking backpack, on your afternoon snack, as a snack or for dinner: dried meat is perfect for any time of day. Combined with sliced cheese, pickled onions, gherkins and a fresh piece of bread, our dried meat speciality will delight all connoisseurs and new discoverers on your next aperitif snack.

noble and perfect
The dried venison meat consists only of the fillet of the venison and is refined with a select mixture of salt, herbs and spices. The meat is unmistakably aromatic and tender. A low-fat delicacy to eat raw.
Tip
It tastes best when sliced wafer-thin. With our meat slicers you can cut even, bite-sized pieces in a flash. Of course you can also cut the dried meat with a knife, but it's much more fun with the slicer 😊.

Manufacturing
of dried meat
We do not produce the dried meat ourselves. It is produced in collaboration with professionals and connoisseurs. We only use carefully selected pieces of meat for production. Our dried venison is refined in various Swiss butchers. Our dried venison gets its incomparable taste through careful maturation and long air drying. The selected mixture of salt, herbs and spices is the secret to its incomparable taste.

durability
The dried venison can be vacuum-packed and stored for 3 months. Store in a good cellar or in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 to 6 weeks after opening.

Origin
We have dried meat with a red and a green label. The color of the label indicates the origin of the meat. For both types, only the fillet of venison is used.
While the dried meat with the red label only contains Swiss meat, the meat with the green label comes mainly from the EU. Unfortunately, the required quantity and quality cannot be obtained exclusively in Switzerland, which is why the exclusive meat with the red label is only available while stocks last.
