Organic Alpine Cheese AOP
Swiss tradition
From May to October, Christa and Stefan Sieber-Beer's cows graze at over 1'464 meters above sea level on the Alp Senggi on the Niesen. During this time, the young farming family processes the organic milk from their 17 cows themselves. This alpine cheese has a long tradition. The cheese has been produced on the organic farm for 6 generations. Whether for breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch or dinner, this cheese always tastes good.
