On board the puralpina since 2017. As a trained HR specialist, she started with us doing various jobs in the office. After she joined, our team grew quickly. Today, Olivia is responsible for our staff and our trainees.
Silvan Schmid
Owner and Managing Director
Silvan has been with puralpina since 2012. As managing director, trade fair planner, driver, hunter, and organizer.
He drives and plays a key role in the development of new products.
Reto Schmid
Owner and Managing Director
Reto has been on board at puralpina since 2007. He is responsible for marketing, the website and the office.
Andreas "Murmeli" Schmid
founder
Andreas is the reason why puralpina exists at all. He is the founder and developer of the marmot herbal ointment.
He sold his first marmot oil in 1981. Then in 1992 he sold the first marmot herbal ointment, laying the foundation for puralpina. Thank you for everything!
Mario Zimmermann

Responsible for our sales partners and exports. He looks for, finds and supports existing and new partners.
Passionate cyclist. Often cycles to work and enjoys being out in nature in his free time.
Lisa Schneider

Another puralpina veteran. Lisa has been with us since 2012. She started as a market trader and soon started working in production. Today she is still producing and plays a key role in the development of new natural products.

Employee in our production. She makes sure that the right products are manufactured at the right time. Of course, in the quality you are used to.

Kathrin Fuhrer
Shop / Trade Fairs
She started working for us in the shop in Frutigen. With a great flair for interior design, she made a significant contribution to the design of our shops in Frutigen, Zermatt and Lucerne.
Kathrin is the link between all our shops. You can find her everywhere.
Patricia Schmid
logistics
With us since 2016. For a moment we wanted to hire Patricia as a part-time cleaner for one evening a week. After a short time we wanted her all to ourselves. She works mainly in shipping and the warehouse, but has also done our office work and helped in the shop and at trade fairs. She knows every corner of puralpina.
Marlies Martig
administration
When Marlies is not working in the puralpina office, you can find her in the mountains hiking, biking or skiing. Marlies processes your order and is our contact person on the phone.
Rahel Grichting

You will hear Rahel's friendly voice when you call us. Rahel takes care of your customer service concerns, records your orders and coordinates the office Team.
Ann Trachsel

Ann was our first apprentice in administration. She successfully completed her commercial training in summer 2024. We are pleased that she continues to strengthen our team. Whenever possible, Ann is out and about on her bike or skis.

We are delighted to welcome Lea as our trainee in the office at puralpina Frutigen.
Lea not only brings a breath of fresh air to the office, but also a lot of talents and hobbies: She is passionate about playing the piano, loves to dance and loves being out in nature - whether hiking with family and friends or on the ski slopes in winter. Lea is also very creative and enjoys drawing and writing.

Martin is a market trader with heart and soul. He delights the market with his sunny disposition and patience. Even in bad weather he doesn't lose his good mood. Martin knows our products inside and out.

Christina knows puralpina inside and out. Our first employee in the office. After her first maternity leave, Christina looked after customers in our shop in Frutigen. Today, she is back working in our office.

If there is calm and serenity personified, then it is Verena. Verena works in our shop in Frutigen. Sometimes she also helps out in our shops in Lucerne and Zermatt. No matter how hectic things are around her, she always remains calm. She has a good instinct for advising our customers. She has even sung songs for customers at their express request 😊.

Member of our team in Huglfing. Huglfing is near Murnau. Murnau is near Munich. Petra helps us send our packages to the EU and the rest of the world.
