Our slicers are developed and manufactured in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. There they are made with passion, handwork and joy. Each slicer is a unique piece made from solid Swiss ash wood.
Store your slicer at a constant room temperature if possible. After use, wipe everything down with a damp cloth and dry. Do not clean under water, with a hard brush or strong cleaning agent. Your slicer are not dishwasher safe. If necessary, treat with food-safe wood oil or cooking oil (e.g. olive oil). The blades are replaceable or can be sharpened.
This gift set contains a spicy sausage with chamois and venison. The exclusive game sausage contains only Swiss meat. The game sausage is to be eaten raw.

The cheese is made by hand using a traditional, tried-and-tested method from raw milk from cows that graze freely in the Bernese Alps during the alpine season. Its maturation begins on the alpine pastures under complex and expert care. And in the valley, the alpine cheese continues to mature in the producer's cellar or the local dairies. This process takes over a year and gives the mountain cheese its unique, deep flavor. It also owes its high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids - omega-3 fatty acids - to the lush alpine meadow grass. Bernese Hobelkäse has a protected designation of origin (AOC).
