This 100% natural hand balm nourishes, protects and soothes your hands. The Edelweiss hand balm ensures smooth and nourished hands. With Swiss rapeseed oil, Bernese Oberland beeswax, edelweiss and many other valuable ingredients.

Good things don't have to come from the other side of the world. Inspired by traditional and tried-and-tested local recipes, the hand balm is made from natural raw materials from the Alps. Where possible, from our immediate surroundings. We grow most of the herbs and flowers in the Kandertal in the Bernese Oberland. These plants provide wild bees and honey bees with a valuable habitat.

Apply the hand balm to your hands and rub it in. Leave the balm on for a few minutes. Use small amounts, as this natural hand balm is very effective.

You can also use your hand balm to care for other dry areas of skin, such as your elbows.

Made from rapeseed oil*, grape seed oil, beeswax, wool fat, wheat germ oil, mountain houseleek, lavender*, spruce resin, Swiss stone pine*, bergamot* and edelweiss (*organic)

We develop and produce the Edelweiss hand balm ourselves with great care and by hand. This gives us complete control over the use of the carefully selected ingredients.
Our hand balm is completely free of artificial additives. It contains no paraffins, microplastics or palm oil and no artificial preservatives, fragrances or colors.

Man muss den Handbalsam gut einreiben aber ich liebe die Nachhaltigkeit. Er zieht gut ein und die Wirkung hält lange an.

Die Handcreme gefällt mir sehr gut. Man braucht nur sehr wenig, und es fühlt sich gut an!

Wundermittel gegen Risse in den Fingern/Händen(vorbeugend)

Seit ich diesen Handbalsam verwende habe ich nie mehr schmerzende Risse in den Fingern und Händen. Ich hatte jahrelang jeden Herbst/Winter tiefe Risse. Das gehört nun der Vergangenheit an und ich bin sehr erstaunt und glücklich wie gut dieser Handbalsam wirkt!!! Ich hatte so viele Cremes etc ausprobiert...nichts hat dauerhaft geholfen.

Where are the care products manufactured?

We manufacture our natural care products in our own factory in Frutigen in the beautiful Bernese Oberland. We use as many local raw materials as possible and avoid artificial preservatives, fragrances or colorants. You won't find palm oil, microplastics or paraffins in our products either.

How do I prevent dry, cracked hands?

Hand care begins with washing your hands. Use a moisturizing, mild natural soap to clean your hands. Always dry your hands thoroughly after washing. Cold and irritating cleaning products dry out your skin, so wear gloves in cold, wet weather and when cleaning around the house. Regular use of our Edelweiss hand balm or our Hemp bar (Hanf Chnübi) nourishes and regenerates stressed hands.

Which hand care product is right for me?

Edelweiss hand balm If you have dry hands, this balm is just right for you. A nourishing balm for your skin. Nice and creamy and easy to rub in. The hand balm is also ideal for preventative care. This way, your skin stays nice and moist and well nourished.

Hemp bar (Hanf Chnübi) If you have cracked or torn skin, the Hemp bar is just the thing for you. The Hemp bar is a block that you take out of the pack and apply and rub directly onto the cracks.

Vogellisi Balsam For small problems on your hands. Keeps you moist and helps with small injuries on your skin. But Vogellisi Balsam is actually better rubbed on your lips.

Hand disinfection You want to disinfect your hands? Then our hand disinfection is just right for you. It disinfects, but doesn't dry out your skin too much. We have made sure of this with natural glycerin (from rapeseed oil).
