The Farurer Baron is made from the best, low-fat Graubünden beef from cows that have had a wonderful life in the Graubünden Alps. The Farurer Baron is created by slowly drying for four to seven weeks. It is reminiscent of a Salsiz, but is just as lean as fine Graubünden meat. Meat specialties like in great-grandfather's day. Completely without additives, curing salt or foreign fat. Graubünden mountain cows, Swiss alpine salt, red wine and natural spices are enough to produce this unique treat.
