Our meat slicers are developed and manufactured in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. There they are made with passion, handwork and joy. Each of our salami slicers is a unique piece made from Swiss ash wood. Made from solid wood, the salami slicers will be your companion in the kitchen for years. The sophisticated mechanism protects the wood and the Victorinox blade equally.
Store your salami slicer at a constant room temperature if possible. After use, wipe everything down with a damp cloth and dry it. Do not clean under water, with a hard brush or strong cleaning agent. Your slicer is not dishwasher safe. If necessary, treat with food-safe wood oil or cooking oil (e.g. olive oil). The blade is replaceable or can be sharpened.
The game sausage with the red label contains only Swiss meat. The exclusive Swiss game sausage is only available while stocks last.
The dried venison meat comes from the EU. You can recognize it by the green label.
